Fission Communications is merging with another McCann Healthcare Worldwide Group property, UK-based Caudex Medical. CME business from Fission will transition into Scientific Frontiers, Caudex's wholly owned CME subsidiary. The merger is designed to position the combined entity to offer global medical communications.
