statement. Hill will join Solvay on April 1st as president and CEO.

Businesswomen's Association (HBA) formally installed Elizabeth Mutisya, MD, as its 2008 president at a board meeting this
month. Mutisya is a consultant for McKinsey & Co. According to HBA, she is
also its first African-American president. In line to succeed her in 2009 is HBA
president-elect Christine Zak, VP of the allergy business unit at Sanofi-Aventis. The HBA is marking its
30th anniversary this year with what it says is an expanded commitment to
furthering the advancement of women leaders in healthcare worldwide.
