Publicis Group agency Rosetta said that it is the first digital agency to be certified in internet promotion and social media regulatory compliance from the Center for Communication Compliance (CCC). Staff were asked to pass a 56-question certification test. Questions covered sponsored and unsponsored promotion, disease state and product-specific promotion, adverse-event reporting, chat rooms, patient testimonials, SEO and responses to unsolicited off-label information.
Minneapolis-based StoneArch announced the winner of its annual “Red-Eye Rebrand.” The agency selected Wiggle Your Toes (pictured)—a nonprofit foundation dedicated to helping amputees and their families regain independence and mobility. The organization will receive a strategic rebrand, updated logo and new collateral. Runners up, Hearts & Hands and Store To Door, will receive a $500 donation.
Intouch Solutions will head to a new building to accommodate additional staff, it stated. The agency will move to the Renaissance III building at 7045 College Blvd., also within the Corporate Woods in Overland Park, KS. The agency’s headcount of 340 people is up 16% from 2013.
