What was your biggest break?

I would have to say it was the opportunity to rebuild and transform an agency. The conflict that can arise from that pursuit can be challenging — but it can also be rewarding if healthy conflict is embraced. Creativity is a shared responsibility by all; the greatest work has never been “neat" and is not achieved without some degree of conflict.
