We were formed out of the University of North Carolina, School of Public Health, where professors studying one-on-one health coaching realized their approach was highly effective but not scalable. What will be the game-changing trend over the next five years?
Outcomes will be the new currency. Lifecycle strategy will shift from product-centric success metrics to patient-driven metrics as customers demand better outcomes. Today, pharma executives ask what data is needed to demonstrate product success. Over the next five years, executives will be asking what types of solutions will deliver optimal patient outcomes. As a result we will see behavior change solutions incorporated early in product development and clinical trials.
