Digitas Health New York has promoted Graham Mills to managing director. Mills, who was previously executive creative director, will head up client relationships as well as creative as the shop presses a push into health and wellness.

Compass Healthcare Marketers launched Uceris.com, the brand website for Santarus' extended release ulcerative colitis treatment. The site has a professional section based on the physician campaign developed by Harrison & Star.

Valeant Pharmaceuticals tapped New York and Denver-based agency XL Alliance to handle the Hispanic marketing brief for its Caladryl itch lotion, which Valeant acquired from J&J.

Mike Spitz has left Zemoga, where he was managing director, healthcare and life sciences, for PR firm Edelman, where he becomes SVP digital health.

Allergan named Pacific Communications agency of record for the DTC business on its eyelash drug Latisse, for which Pacific also handles professional marketing. Pacific was Allergan's in-house marketing arm before being spun off, and still handles much of the company's advertising business.
