Rosetta has taken on a new executive creative director for healthcare: Auge Reichenberg, formerly of Draftfcb New York, where she was EVP, group creative director. Her new job puts her on familiar ground: she will be working with former Draftfcb creative partner Toni Hess, Rosetta's executive creative director. Reichenberg will report to Gary Scheiner, Rosetta's chief creative officer, with whom she worked at Draftfcb and MRM Worldwide.

Phil Scott has signed on as EVP of innovation and product marketing for GSW Worldwide. Scott was recently at Eastman Kodak, where he was responsible for strategic business planning, communications and brand management for Kodak EasyShare, Pulse and Playsport. He will report to GSW's Chief Financial Officer Treva Weaver, and will be the development lead for new products and services. “Our industry will be increasingly focused on technology-driven marketing solutions and we are intent on developing intellectual property that translates into product offerings. I'm confident Phil's knowledge and deep expertise will be a strong asset as we look to grow this portion of our business,” Joe Daley, GSW's president, said in a statement.
