Marketing communications agency Seidler Bernstein has appointed designer Maria Gregoire to its creative services group. Gregoire comes to Seidler Bernstein from Jones and Bartlett Publishers, where she served in the role of graphic designer/print production coordinator.

GSW Worldwide has promoted Dave Bowers to executive vice president, director of agency operations, and Kurt Richards to vice president, creative director. Bowers was promoted to this new role from senior vice president/group creative director. Richards was promoted from vice president, associate creative director.

Ogilvy Healthworld has appointed Angela Rossetti to president of the network’s New York agency. Before joining Ogilvy,Rossetti was a strategic consultant to biotech firms, pharmaceutical start-ups, and financial institutions. She also worked for numerous agencies, including Ketchum Healthcare and Sudler & Hennessey.

Noesis, CommonHealth’s professional advertising unit, named Stephen Sacchetti as a senior vice president, account group supervisor. Sacchetti will launch three neurology brands throughout 2006 and will help facilitate the evolution of these promotional campaigns for his clients. Sacchetti was the neurology regional sales director at Pfizer.
