What was your biggest break?
Left arm, six years old, after running down a slide. Compound fracture!

How long is a typical meeting with clients?
Meeting lengths are almost irrelevant to me. I believe marketing is a contact sport, so we spend a significant amount of time with clients, involved in all job aspects. We know the real work starts after the meeting ends.

What books are you reading?
Getting Naked by Patrick Lencioni. I was in an airport; who could pass up that title? Great perspective on working with clients and crystalized what I'm trying to create from a client-service standpoint. The author makes a case for being vulnerable and authentic with yourself and your clients. (Note: this is not easy.)

What is the best quote you have heard lately?
“Be who you are, and say what you feel. Because those that mind don't matter and those that matter, don't mind.” You can still learn from Dr. Seuss.

What's the best part of your job?
Creating an environment I want to be in every day, with people I want to be with every day.
