The big breaks are always a byproduct of the bad breaks.

Best: Constant learning opportunities and getting great results.

How long is a typical meeting with clients?
Not long enough, I'd talk all day if they'd let me!

Does your office have a favorite lunch and/or after-hours place?
Not sure yet… but I found a Five Guys nearby!

What books are you reading?
The First 90 Days by Michael Watkins, The New Science of Retailing by Marshall Fisher, The Stand by Stephen King.

What was your greatest professional challenge?
I've been a part of several start ups (or near startups); it really toughens you up.

Where will you be in five years?
An agency twice as big—DMW.

If you were to write a book, what would the title be?
I'm currently working on a screen play about Satchel Paige, but have no title yet…
