Former Pfizer CRM head joins renamed Omnicom unit

Lita Sands, formerly head of customer relationship marketing for Pfizer, has joined Unit 7, formerly known as LLKFB. Sands becomes chief client services director at the agency, which has counted her among its clients for the past four years. She reports to chairman and chief executive Loreen Babcock.
Sands' interim replacement at Pfizer is director of relationship marketing Deborah Radcliffe.
The New York-based CRM agency counts Pfizer, Sanofi Aventis and Mastercard among its clients and takes its name from a Wes Montgomery song which Sands called a "perfect fusion of the logical and the lyrical." Unit 7 will concentrate on the healthcare and financial services industries.
