Philadelphia Business Journal has named Digitas Health one of its best places to work in the Philadelphia region. The award recognizes the company's achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of benefits, working conditions and company culture. Digitas Health was recognized for programs including flexible work schedule, relaxed dress code, reimbursement for tuition and child care, free gym memberships, events, fundraisers and loyalty gifts. “We are honored to be recognized as one of the best places to work in Philadelphia… it's really the people here that make this a wonderful place to work,” said David Kramer, CEO, Digitas Health. The Philadelphia Business Journal's research partner, Quantum Market Research, tabulated the results of thousands of online surveys completed by employees to establish the finalist list. Common themes among top companies focused on work-life balance; respect and caring for employees; recognition of accomplishments; feeling empowered; good teamwork and commitment to community. Only 50 companies from the Philadelphia metro area are chosen for this list, and fall into five categories based on company size.
