TEDMED, the health and medicine version of the popular TED talks, has designated TBWAWorldHealth as its global digital agency of record.

TEDMED “aims to build momentum for the brand between conference events and grow its ecosystem to connect to other resources and social networks,” wrote R. Shane Kennedy, managing director of TBWAWorldHealth.

COO/CMO of TEDMED, Shirley Bergin, wrote of the partnership, “Our collaboration with TBWAWorldHealth at Lions Health in Cannes and beyond will help us elevate and extend our message to a global audience.”

Per the collaboration, the newly formed partnership will work together at the first Lions Health Festival in Cannes for the seminar, “The Creative Ideas and Innovators Disrupting Healthcare.”

The Lions Health Festival in Cannes is scheduled to kick off June 13.
