Allergan tapped Pacific Communications to handle its Allergan Partner Privileges physician incentive award program. The West Coast indie shop will work on message strategy and creative direction and management for print, online and multimedia promotion on the loyalty program, which awards physicians points for combined purchase of all Allergan aesthetic portfolio products.

InVentiv Health launched MySTRO, a merger of its Promotech and PRS Franklin businesses that will offer sales force support, telephone and remote personal selling, print and direct mail, sample accountability and compliance services. The new company will offer Reptivate, a virtual detailing product.
