AstraZeneca revenue dipped 2% in the third quarter to $7.8 billion as US revenue was buffeted by generic competition for Arimidex, Pulmicort Respules and Toprol-XL. WebMD founder Jeff Arnold has launched Sharecare.com, a website that aims, he said, “to become a trusted resource for accurate, multi-perspective and high quality answers to questions of health.” The site, backed by Discovery Communications and Sony Pictures Television, has lined up Dr. Mehmet Oz, of The Dr. Oz Show, to anchor its roster of celebrity contributors.
