Kos Pharmaceuticals bought Teveten and Teveten HCT and the U.S. commercial rights to Cardizem LA from Biovail Corp. for $104 million.

Stonefly Communications Group, a unit of inChord, has expanded its operations to be more accessible to clients on the East Coast. The address of the new location is 18 North Main St., Suite 200, Doylestown, Pennsylvania 18901. Stonefly is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.

Ventiv Health has signed a multiyear agreement with Barrier Therapeutics for a variety of services in support of a specialty dermatological sales force. Under the terms of the deal,Ventiv will assist Barrier in marketing dermatological products Solage and Zimycan in the U.S.
