Company news: InTouch Solutions, MedCityNews and Lippincott
Healthcare agency and platform developer InTouch Solutions partnered with marketing firm MD Mindset to deliver a joint set of services. Wendy Blackburn, InTouch EVP, told MM&M the collaboration is still in its defining stages, but that the relationship will allow the two companies to offer their complementary skill sets to clients in tandem, or to introduce each other's capabilities as client needs arise. Services on tap include InTouch's Allora platform, which the agency uses to build apps, and MD Mindset's usage metrics that can be used to assess what makes a tablet presentation effective on sales calls. “You can't take it for granted that people are building iPad apps the right way...it's far too easy to take a viz aide and throw a PDF onto an iPad," she said. "It is a lot less about what the pharma company wants to provide in terms of messaging...it's much more about what the doctor wants to see, and that's where we can really make a difference.”
