Contextual advertising firm Vibrant reported 58% growth in pharmaceutical-related revenue in the third quarter. The firm, which said it manages more than six billion hyperlinks, works with brands across prescription and OTC pharmaceuticals in major health categories such as rheumatoid arthritis, hypertension, diabetes, depression, stroke and cholesterol, according to a press release. Vibrant's contextual ad model is designed to allow pharmaceutical marketers to deliver targeted ads and information within relevant, condition-specific web content, working to connect users with brands and relevant content from a network of 4,500 publishers.
