The Larry King Cardiac Foundation has tapped Momentum Wellness, a unit of Interpublic’s McCann Worldgroup, to handle marketing and partnership development in support of its Health Across America program, which provides funding for cardiac procedures and screening to the uninsured.

LyonHeart Communications is partnering with Kazaam Interactive, a digital marketing agency whose lead partners were founders of Johnson & Johnson’s internal digital solutions team. New York-based LyonHeart is part of Omnicom’s TBWAWorldHealth network.

Spectrum Science Communications, a Washington, DC-based health and science communications shop, is rebranding as Spectrum. The company, which recently opened an office in New York, has also launched a partnership with health policy and financing boutique firm Simon & Company.

B&Y Communications is merging with Rosica Strategic Public Relations, a PR, branding and cause marketing company. B&Y’s Susan Youdovin, Kathryn Kempf and Marybeth Nibley will serve as Rosica’s healthcare division.
