Pfizer announced a program to provide more than 70 of its prescription drugs for free to patients whom have lost their jobs and health insurance. Patients able to provide proof of a job loss—after Jan. 1, 2009—and prescribed a Pfizer product for at least three months will be eligible for the program, despite prior income level.

 

inVentiv Health consolidated four of its separate business units into a single operation. The new operation, rebranded inVentiv Advance Insights, combines CHS, Health Products Research, Strategyx and Ventiv Access Group.
