Boehringer Ingelheim will buy much of Wyeth's Fort Dodge Animal Health business when Pfizer's acquisition of Wyeth closes. In the US and Canada, Boehringer Ingelheim would own and market Wyeth's pet and cattle vaccine lines as well as a range of drugs for pets, cattle and other species, including several swine vaccines in Canada.
