P&G will consider divestitures on some of its brands, and is also eyeing new consumer product portfolios, including healthcare portfolios, the Wall Street Journal reported. The company has looked at Schering Plough and Wyeth portfolios, but it isn't clear whether those companies are willing to sell, according to the WSJ report.

WebMD launched an online area for pet owners called WebMD Healthy Pets. The site provides information on pet diet and nutrition, behavior and training, as well as preventative care, and is located at http://pets.webmd.com/. Pfizer unveiled its animal health portfolio last week, which it acquired through the Wyeth acquisition.
