Pfizer has entered a multi-year agreement with information solutions firm Ingenuity Systems calling for deployment of its proprietary Ingenuity Pathways Analysis (IPA) to be used to explore and share life science and healthcare information. In addition, Pfizer will integrate IPA and content from the Ingenuity knowledge base with other informatics solutions used throughout the Pfizer organization.
 
Three former Sudler & Hennessey med ed companies have merged into one independent unit, dubbed IME, LLC, under the leadership of managing director Lisa Emusov. IME, LLC, consists of North Wales, PA-based Acumentis; Berkeley Heights, NJ firm Emeritus Educational Sciences; and New York City-based Imprint Science. The three shops were spun off from Sudler & Hennessey in 2004, in response to ACCME's requirement that medical education and communications companies maintain strict separation from parent companies that handle promotion or accept advertising from pharma companies. 
 
The IronWorks and The StoneWorks, two professional advertising units of The CementBloc group, moved to new offices in New Yorks' Flatiron neighborhood, not far from sister agencies The CementWorks and The CementBond.
 
Life sciences closed-loop marketing provider, Proscape Technologies announced the opening of offices in Chicago, Toronto, Paris and Amsterdam. Proscape's new locations extend the firm's reach, following office openings in London and Tokyo.
