Corbett Accel has named Carleen Kelly to lead its New York office as president.

Kelly, who joined Corbett Accel in March as head of the firm’s Vytorin business with Merck, replaces Richard Nordstrom, who left Corbett Accel earlier this month to become chief executive of Interpublic Group’s McCann Healthcare Worldwide. Before joining Corbett Accel, Kelly was executive vice president and chief operating officer at Torre Lazur McCann Worldwide. She reports to Corbett Accel chief executive Scott Cotherman.

The Omnicom Group company recently appointed Elaine Eisen to head its flagship Chicago office. Separately, group creative director Camille DeSantis left to join Edelman as vice president, creative director.

Omnicom merged its Corbett and Accel units — specializing in healthcare advertising and medical education, respectively — in February.
