DC federal court declines restraining order sought by Apotex

The District of Columbia federal court has declined to issue a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction sought by Apotex to stop the FDA from delaying approval of its generic form of AstraZeneca's Prilosec. Apotex had sought to defeat a pediatric exclusivity patent extension on Prilosec.
