New Hire Detail: To help continue to manage the significant growth of the agency over the past year, Ignite Health has added three new executive leaders to the existing management team of Matt Brown, president, and Fabio Gratton, chief innovation officer. Chief Branding Officer: In May of last year, Ignite Health acquired sister agency Y Brand, securing its founder, Vince Parry, as Chief Branding Officer. Vince has nearly 30 years experience in healthcare branding, has worked with every top 20 healthcare client over his career, and is considered one of the industry’s premier thought leaders in branding. He brings a proven best-practice branding model into all agency business, and has significantly broadened Ignite Health’s ability to service all client brands anywhere in their lifecycle. Prior to joining inVentiv Health, the parent company of Ignite Health, Vince served for 13 years as the Chief Creative Officer of Sudler & Hennessey. Chief Operating Officer: To streamline agency protocols and manage effective and efficient growth, Ignite Health consolidated all of its operations under Sean Vassilaros and named him Chief Operating Officer. Sean’s broad experience over his 7-year tenure with the agency includes managing programming, CRM and production for both East and West coast offices. By centralizing all aspects of how the agency goes to work, Sean has streamlined and optimized operations, helping clients engineer Web experiences that deliver thoughtful usability, measureable ROI, and cutting-edge technological advances. Prior to joining Ignite Health, Sean spent the last decade as an IT consultant, and in building and managing technology teams in the travel and entertainment industries. Chief Creative Officer: With the growth of both the Irvine headquarters and the rapidly expanding New York City office, Ignite Health recently hired Brian Lefkowitz as Chief Creative Officer. Brian comes to the agency from Digitas Health, where he headed up award-winning, digitally-based campaigns as Senior Vice President, Creative Director. Brian brings big-idea creativity and experience having served at consumer agencies Digitas and Grey Worldwide, as Vice President, Group Creative Director and Vice President, Creative Director, respectively.
