Bruce Epstein has resigned as head of CommonHealth's Noesis unit to launch his own business.
Epstein, who was president of the Morristown-based professional ad agency, will be replaced by creative chief John Nosta.
Nosta vowed to use his creative background – unusual in an agency head – to differentiate Noesis. "Our industry is fairly anemic on creative," said Nosta. "We're going to push there."
Epstein could not be reached for this article.
