Forest and Deloitte to collaborate

ConvergeHEALTH by Deloitte has entered into a multi-year collaboration with Forest Labs and Intermountain Healthcare to conduct outcomes research. The collaboration will leverage next-generation analytics, insights from real-world evidence and collaborative research to better understand patient outcomes and success factors. Its initial focus is respiratory disease.

Launched in February, ConvergeHEALTH is Deloitte's business unit combining analytics products with the organization's consulting capabilities.

Dr. Shailja Dixit, executive director, HEOR, at Forest, said, “this collaboration has the potential to provide unique insights into respiratory disease.” The parties said they will leverage EMR data to help understand associated outcomes for treatments and filter for sub-populations using phenotypic characteristics and medical associations.
