Group publisher returns to QHC

Quadrant HealthCom brought Gary Falcetano back to the company as group publisher, overseeing Clinician Reviews, Convenient Care and Emergency Medicine. Falcetano left in 2008 and did stints at Hearst Magazines and Collaborative Clinical Communications, before returning to his post in January. Falcetano succeeds Samantha Armstrong, who went to Advanstar.
Lori Raskin, director of marketing research at QHC, said the company is in the midst of an upgrade across all titles. So far, websites for the Female Patient and Cosmetic Dermatology have gotten a face lift, and the rest of the journals are expected to get new websites in 2011, per Raskin.
