NAAMECC has commitments for $20,000 in funding

NAAMECC has commitments for $20,000 in funding, over the $20,000 its own board approved, to conduct random audits of certified CME among various provider types. The audit is being designed to identify bias among accredited providers and follows the Josiah Macy, Jr. Foundation report, which cast doubt on the ability of MECCs to produce independent CME.
