SaaS firm's tool attracts agencies

Software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider Appature has signed up several healthcare marketing agencies to use its cloud-based relationship marketing tool. Seattle-based Appature offers a partner program in which its experts help with measuring/optimizing ROI and other marketing functions.

Its Nexus tool integrates digital campaign history and activity, third-party data and a host of other data sets that are relevant to the commercial organization, said Kabir Shahani, Appature co-founder and CEO.

“How individual tactics integrate with each other and enhance relationships with HCPs over time is the real ROI story,” said Jon Sawyer, Principal, closerlook.

Other firms that signed up for the program include Digitas Health and Crossix.
