Fingerpaint Marketing has acquired the audio and video production shop Cotton Hill. The shop will be rebranded as a Fingerpaint office but will remain in Albany, NY. The acquisition means that Fingerpaint will have a total of 82 employees. Cotton Hill and Fingerpaint have partnered on past projects. Fingerpaint said in a statement that the new company will allow the firm to “serve clients in every aspect of broadcast and online content production.”

Adding Cotton Hill is part of an overall upswing for the agency, which added 17 accounts in 2012, and is on track to finish 2013 with revenues in the $12 million to $13 million range, up from $9.5 million last year.
