Novo Nordisk has appointed two former Aventis executives to new communications and brand management posts.
The firm named Lori Moore executive creative director of corporate branding and communications and Joe Young associate vice president of diabetes brand leadership. Both report to vice president of diabetes marketing Andrew Purcell.
Moore, who was director of U.S. corporate communications and media relations at Aventis, handled global product communications, corporate media relations, public affairs and issues management programs in her 10 years with the company.
Young, who was global marketing leader for the launch of Lantus, will focus on brand development, including market research and market operations.
