Four ex-Serono execs, who were linked to alleged illegal kickbacks, were acquitted in May of any role they allegedly played in illegally boosting sales for Serostim. They were former VPs John Bruens and Mary Stewart, and regional sales directors Melissa Vaughn and Marc Sirockman.
