Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Herb Kohl (D-WI) introduced legislation that would require drug and device manufacturers to disclose to HHS anything of value given to doctors, such as payments, gifts, honoraria or travel. HHS would then post the info on a public Web site.
