Harrison and Star promoted Mario Muredda to co-president of the healthcare marketing agency.

Mardene Miller, who has served as president since 2012, and Muredda both report to Ty Curran, chairman and CEO of Harrison and Star. Curran told MM&M the agency’s growth prompted the appointment.

“Our business has expanded so significantly over the past couple years that it’s impossible for one president to give attention to all of our clients,” he said.

The agency recently named Mark Friedman as chief creative officer. Harrison and Star is part of Omnicom Group.
