Hawaii's Attorney General David Louie is suing Bristol-Myers Squibb and Sanofi. MedicalXPress reports that the AG did not share that the blood thinner Plavix may have a different impact—or no impact at all—on stroke or heart-attack risks among patients with East Asian or Pacific Islander heritage.

MedicalXpress notes that Sanofi announced last year that the Department of Justice was investigating the information that the company shared with the Food and Drug Administration during the approval process.
