Healthcare Regional Marketing, a pharma marketing agency, and Spirit Health Group will merge into a new parent company—Relevate Health Group.

The newly formed group will be lead by Bill Goldberg, previously CEO at HRM.

“The merger will greatly expand the scope and value of services that we can provide,” Scott Weintraub, president and chief marketing officer of HRM, said in a press release.

HRM was founded in 2007 and is primarily known as a data and analytics agency. Spirit Health Group provides educational events and programs to a network of hospitals and health systems.

HRM reported 40 full-time employees and a gross income between $10 and $15 million last year, according to MM&M‘s 2015 Agency Issue.

Correction: An earlier version of this story incorrectly described the Spirit Health Group’s network.
