InVentiv buys brand ID shop Addison Whitney

InVentiv Health has acquired brand identity shop Addison Whitney.Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Charlotte, NC-based branding shop’s healthcare practice has worked on brand identity and consulting projects for GSK’s Advair, Takeda’s Rozerem, BMS/Gilead’s Atripla and Pfizer’s Zyvox, among other pharmaceutical products.
The company will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of inVentiv Health under inVentiv Communications president and COO William O’Donnell.
