The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court upheld a jury’s decision that said Johnson & Johnson must pay a family $63 million over allegations that the drugmaker failed to provide sufficient risk warnings for Children’s Motrin, reported WBUR.

The lawsuit was brought by a family whose seven-year-old daughter developed a rare skin disease and was blinded after taking the medication for a fever 10 years ago.

Johnson & Johnson tried to appeal the 2013 award.

This isn’t the first dent in the brand’s reputation. Last month Johnson & Johnson agreed to pay $25 million and pleaded guilty to a federal criminal charge for knowingly selling Infants’ and Children’s Tylenol and Children’s Motrin that contained metal particles.
