Kellogg resigns as Nelson Communications chief

Fred Kellogg, chief executive of Nelson Communications, a member of the Publicis Healthcare Group umbrella, has decided to resign at the end of October.
Kellogg worked for Nelson Communications for more than 13 years and will continue work with Publicis Healthcare Communications Group as a consultant on strategic issues, according to a company statement.
A Nelson Communications spokeswoman said a successor to Kellog has yet to be named.
