Judge rejects Wyeth and Nycomed’s injunction request

A New Jersey federal judge has rejected a request from Wyeth and Nycomed for a preliminary injunction to bar Teva Pharmaceuticals USA and Sun Pharmaceuticals from launching a generic version of Protonix (pantoprazole sodium) before ongoing patent litigation is resolved.
