Masoudi rejoins FDA as new chief counsel

Former FDA deputy chief counsel Gerald F. Masoudi has rejoined the agency as its new chief counsel, replacing Sheldon Bradshaw who left the agency in September for private practice. Since 2005, Masoudi worked at the Department of Justice's Antitrust Division.
