MM&M Awards: The finalists are in

Industry all-stars culled from top pharma companies and agency service providers descended on Manhattan's Warwick Hotel last week, to pass judgment on a slew of entries to this year's MM&M Awards.

Judges – including senior execs at Merck, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, AstraZeneca and others – analyzed and by turns applauded, criticized and chuckled over submissions. Wall-sized creative was displayed, web initiatives were explored online and free-standing materials were handled, rattled, spun, erected and evaluated.

After tabulating the judges' duly-recorded marks, we can now announce the finalists for our MM&M Awards 2009.  While staple suppliers like Ogilvy Healthworld and Draftfcb racked up an impressive six nominations apiece, work from up-and-comers and specialty shops like InTouch Solutions and LehmanMillet was singled out for nomination as well.
