The National Alliance on Mental Illness posted a web registry of individual grants and contributions from corporate contributors and foundations. 


NAMI has been under pressure from Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) of late, but the site had been under consideration for a year, said NAMI director of media relations Bob Carolla. In April, Grassley demanded that the group disclose drug industry support. In an April 28 letter to members and leaders in mental health, executive director Michael Fitzpatrick conceded that 56% of the group's funding from 2005-2009 has come from drug companies, but noted plans to reduce NAMI's dependence on industry funding.
