Abraxis BioScience appointed Lonnie Moulder to vice chairman, president and CEO. Patrick Soon-Shiong, previously chairman and CEOs and also the company's founder, will assume the role of executive chairman and CEO of Abraxis Health. Moulder was most recently vice chairman of Eisai Corporation of North America, where he served as president and CEO since 2003.
 

Company News

Bristol-Myers Squibb announced that it will cut 100 jobs from its Syracuse-area operations by the end of 2010. The East Syracuse division currently employs 650 workers. Most of the 100 workers will be transferred to other BMS sites, according to an Associated Press report.
