Novo Nordisk, appointed Pamela Harris vice president for diabetes sales, managed care and government accounts. Harris, who since 2005 shared responsibility for managing the diabetes field force, will assume an expanded role of leading the company's 2,000-person field organization of reps and managed market account executives.
