MANUFACTURERS ImClone Systems announced that Joseph Fischer, the company’s interim chief executive, has resigned his executive position and his seat on the board. Fischer has been replaced by a newly formed executive committee of the board, which will be chaired by Alex Denner and include directors Richard Mulligan and Charles Woler. The committee will serve as the principal executive body for the company until such time a new CEO is named. Bruno will serve as VP, sales and marketing, for MDminute. Blocher will serve as sales director on the launch for MDminute. Crandall will serve as VP, sales and marketing, for Remedy and RemedyDirect.
