AGENCIES CommonHealth professional advertising and promotion agency Ferguson has announced five new hires. John Kilkeary joins Ferguson as VP, account supervisor. Most recently Kilkeary was an account group supervisor with Pace. Jean Luciano joins Ferguson as account supervisor. Previously Luciano worked as a professional representative for Merck in New York. Vanessa Gaby joins Ferguson as senior copywriter. Gaby was most recently employed at Integrated Communications. Renee Richway has been hired as account executive from Dorland Global Public Relations in Philadelphia. Ryan Broderick joins Ferguson as traffic coordinator. Digitas-owned Medical Broadcasting Company (MBC) has announced five new hires. Eric Muller has been hired as VP account group supervisor. Muller was previously VP, management supervisor at Grey Advertising in Philadelphia. David Danilowicz has been hired as design studio director. Danilowicz was previously art director at GSI Commerce. Adam Roberts, has been hired as director, media services. Roberts was previously media director at Whittmanhart Interactive in Philadelphia. Kate Bidlingmaier has been hired as art director. Bidlingmaier was previously art director at Pointroll in Conshohocken, PA. AJ Kotzen joins MBC as director technology. Kotzen was previously manager of multimedia & Web development at Meniscus Limited in West Conshohocken, PA. SUPPLIERS Quadrant Medical Education has hired Jane Grube as director of new business development. Grube will be primarily responsible for medical education for Urgent Care and Emergency Medicine. MEDIA Advanstar has promoted Jeff Bauer to managing editor of RN. For the past five years, Bauer has served as one of RN’s senior editors, producing several series, including “A readied response,” which earned a Neal Award in 2003, and “Defenses gone awry,” which was named a Neal Award finalist in 2004.
