People News: Sudler & Hennessey, Qforma and HealthStar PR

Sudler & Hennessey named John Marchese EVP, director of account services. Marchese, who joined Sudler & Hennessey as a traffic controller in 2000, was previously SVP, account services. He replaces Larry Lannino, who has left the company, and reports to co-CEOs for the Americas Rob Rogers and Louisa Holland.

Qforma, a Santa Fe, NM-based healthcare data and analytics company, named Chris Tama SVP, business development. He joins the firm from CommonHealth's Ferguson, where he was president.

HealthStar PR named Gregory Tarmin EVP, general manager and David Rosen SVP. Tarmin joins the company from MS&L and Rosen joins from Meridian Health. The appointments follow the ascension of Erinn White to president and CEO of the firm, which is part of HealthStar Communications.
